Dear Broker,

I am writing this letter to you to express my appreciation of the excellent work that KC Coonc did to sell my father’s house in Bellingham, WA. As executor of my father’s estate, it was a rather daunting task to take care of this from Iowa, where I reside.

KC was one of two people that I contacted from a list of recommended real estate agents given to me by my probate attorney. I was very happy with our initial conversation and in the ensuing days, I found him to be very helpful, thorough, and honest. I was already receiving several offers for the house prior to listing it with any particular agent. KC encouraged me not to rush into accepting what he felt were low-ball offers. I took his advice, and I’m really glad that I did. After listing the house with KC, he was able to bring me offers that were quite a bit better. He sold the house very quickly for more than I thought I would get.

The house was not in good shape and was filled with about 30 years’ worth of accumulated junk. KC arranged to have the house cleared out and broom-ready for listing. This was a task that would have been monumental for me or my sisters to handle, so we are all very appreciative of his assistance.

Considering today’s economy and the condition of my father’s house, I and my sisters are extremely please that the house is sold and that we chose KC as our listing agent. He handled the long-distance listing in a very trustworthy and professional manner.
