The Atrium Condos are located on N State Street in the core of downtown Bellingham near WWU. There are 4 floors in the Atrium with total of 40 condos. The first floor has commercial condominiums with residential condos above. The Atrium condos are on a short list of FHA and VA approved condos, which make them a great choice for students and first time home buyers.

There are both one bedroom and two bedroom condos in the Atrium. The building has secured underground parking with an elevator. The individual condos are fairly plain on the inside, but do feature private balconies and washer/dryers. The Atrium condos also allow pets without any restrictions.
