The Morse Square Condos are one of the few condominiums that are located in downtown Bellingham. Morse Square is located on Railroad Ave across the street from Boundary Bay Brewery and the Bellingham Farmers Market. The Morse Square condos were built in 2005. There are 5 stories with a total of 76 residential condos. Half of the condos have views of Bellingham Bay, while the other half of the building faces east with views of the Farmers Market and a fenced area that is being prepared for future development.

Condos in Morse Square have 9’ ceilings with crown molding and 6” trim. Each condo has a built-in electric fireplace, balcony, and granite counter tops in the kitchen. There are both one bedroom and two bedroom condos in Morse Square. For parking there are two floors of secured underground parking.
